How do I add an AI agent to WordPress, Webflow or Shopify?

Short answer

Paste one line of code before the closing body tag, or add it once with Google Tag Manager or your site builder's custom code setting. Every setting then comes from the console.

One line of code

Copy your embed code from the console (Install & security). It looks like this:

<script src="https://chambre.io/embed.js" data-key="YOUR_SITE_KEY" async></script>

Paste it once, just before the closing </body> tag, in the part of your site every page shares. Then add your website's address under Allowed websites in the console: the agent only loads on websites you list.

Where to paste it

Menu names change from time to time, but this is where custom code usually goes:

  • WordPress: a header and footer code plugin, or your theme's custom code setting.
  • Webflow: Site settings › Custom code › Footer code.
  • Shopify: Online Store › Themes › Edit code › theme.liquid, before </body>.
  • HubSpot CMS: the site-wide footer HTML in your website settings.
  • Wix and Squarespace: the custom code or code injection setting for the footer (some plans required).
  • Google Tag Manager: a Custom HTML tag that fires on all pages.

After that

Every setting comes from the console, so you never touch the code again: press Save and publish and the change is live. The code loads after your page, so it doesn't slow it down. One-click plugins for WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, Webflow and Wix are coming.

See it on your own website in an afternoon.
